What have I learned in 23 years of making Italian dreams come true?
It is one thing to have a DREAM…
And another thing to have a PLAN…
So many have a Dream of Italy but aren’t sure what to do to make it a reality. Let’s face it, planning a trip to Italy or even a move can feel incredibly daunting. Italy is so full of gorgeous and exciting places that it can feel paralyzing to decide how to craft a dream trip itinerary or where to move. Or to figure out the next right step to make any Italian dream – an extended stay, buying a home, learning Italian, retiring in Italy – come true.
I’ve spent my career inspiring others to go for their dreams but a few years back, I decided to also focus on the nuts and bolts of how to make those dreams come true. My PBS special Dream of Italy: Travel, Transform and Thrive is a great example of this work. Not only did I talk to celebrities like Sting about their love of Italy, I met expats who made the leap and moved to Italy. They shared actionable advice on how to unlock your dream plan.
