Bologna and Emilia-Romagna Italy Travel Articles

Sponsored by DaVinci Custom Travel & Tours (Emilia-Romagna Specialists)

Want to taste some of Italy’s best food? Head for the region of Emilia-Romagna. After all, the city of Bologna has an unofficial reputation as the country’s culinary capital. Prosciutto di Parma ham and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese were born here. The small cities of Ravenna (for the mosaics) and Ferrara (for castles and palaces) are also must-visits.
